A bit of history on Peach Garden: The Chinese restaurant started way back in 2002 at Novena Gardens, and has opened several branches in Singapore.
These include outlets at OCBC Centre, Thomson Plaza, Chinatown Point, The Metropolis, and Hotel Miramar over the years.
For its 20th Anniversary special promotion, Peach Garden is offering a 1-for-1 A La Carte Buffet special at its The Metropolis and Hotel Miramar restaurants.
Prices start from $58++ per pax (price before 1-for-1, min 4 pax). Diners can have unlimited orders of over 20 signature dishes, so that is very reasonable.
Over at The Metropolis, recommended dishes include Deep-fried Soon Hock Fish with Garlic & Superior Soya Sauce, Steamed Live Pa Ting Fish with Minced Garlic in Superior Soya Sauce, Fried Shrimp in Hong Kong “Bi Feng Tang” Style, Fried Rice with Black Truffle Sauce, Sautéed Sliced Beef Strips with Black Pepper Sauce, to Braised Pork Ribs in Brown Sauce.
Note that both outlets have slightly differing menu items, and Hotel Miramar features dishes including Chilled Fresh Scallop with Fresh Fruit, Baked Spare Ribs with Coffee Sauce, Steamed Live Prawn in Nyonya Sauce, and Double-boiled Abalone Soup with Mushroom.
