These skewers are a prime example of how Chef Marcus expertly weaves together authentic Italian flavours with the smoky allure of the Argentinian Parilla Frill.

Arrosticini Abruzzesi is a traditional dish from the Abruzzo region in central Italy, regarded in Italian cuisine and is particularly enjoyed during social gatherings and festivities.

Laden with succulent pieces of pork and chicken, the skewers are beautifully charred and tender, oozing with the combined flavours of the meat and the smoky charcoal.

Tuscan Ribeye Steak
The star for many is the Tuscan steak – a grain-fed delicacy cooked over a charcoal flame, that arrives at your table with juiciness.

Marinated in an Italian Northern style using rosemary, thyme, oregano, fresh sea salt, pepper, a dash of paprika, and extra virgin olive oil, it is freshly grilled over a charcoal flame to result in a steak that is rich and packed with flavours.

Fresh Catch Half Lobster (limited to half lobster per person, while stocks last)
The Boston Lobster is a luxurious addition to the menu. Enjoy the lobster’s inherent sweetness with delicate smoky flavour.

Porcini Mushroom Risotto
The dish is an indulgent treat, with the rich, earthy taste of porcini mushroom puree perfectly blended with risotto rice.

To me, the hand-stretched pizzas are a highlight of the buffet menu and exhibits the quality standard of RUBATO.

The pizza crust, expertly hand-stretched, provides the perfect base for the rich medley of wild mushrooms, melted mozzarella, truffle oil, and robust tomato sauce.

The subtle fragrance of truffle oil, the earthy mushrooms, and the delicate balance of cheese and sauce create a pizza experience that is both familiar and delightful.

Air-Flown Oysters (limited to 5 pieces per person)
Each oyster is a succulent bite of the sea – cool, briny, and as fresh as if it was just harvested.

This delicacy offers a luxurious treat for seafood lovers, adding a refreshing contrast to the smoky flavours of the BBQ items.

Fried Fish Skin
A buffet at BBQ Under The Stars is not complete without sampling their array of appetisers and crispy bites such as Fried Fish Skin, Chicken Nuggets, Onion Rings, Sweet Potato Fries, and Classic French Fries.

One of my favourites, the Fried Calamari is covered in a light and fluffy batter fried to a golden crisp.

The batter, airy and delicate, enhances the tender squid within rather than overpowering it.

Chocolate Brownie
For dessert, you can go for the Chocolate Brownie, Panna Cotta, Assorted Ice Cream, Grilled Pineapples, and Grilled Bananas.

The Brownie is decadently rich and generously studded with chunks of chocolate. It is baked just right to give it that slightly crispy top layer while maintaining an indulgent centre.

Tip: get some ice cream to pair with it.

Luxurious food doesn’t come with a hefty price tag. The restaurant offers the option to top-up your meal with quality items at an affordable cost.

For a mere additional $14.80, you can savour a whole Seabass, while half a Lobster and premium cut Wagyu are available at an enticing top-up price of $9 ($16 for whole) and $9.98 (110g) respectively.

These items charcoal grilled by skilled chefs, are served at almost cost price, offering exceptional value for money.

For seafood lovers, Fresh Air-flown Oysters and Fresh Japanese Scallops are also available at $1.89 and $2.98 per piece, respectively.
