Lime Restaurant’s highly anticipated Lobsterfest is back.

This culinary extravaganza at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering features all-you-can-eat Lobsters cooked in various styles, Seafood, along with Roast Beef, Roast Leg of Lamb, Slow Cooked Pork Shoulders and more.

Lime Restaurant’s Lobsterfest, which will run till 13 August 2023 (extended date), is a celebration of this favourite crustacean and more.

The culinary team spares no effort in dazzling with an array of lobster creations that takes centre stage throughout the evenings.

The sheer variety of Lobster dishes on offer is impressive, and it is clear that the chefs have gone above and beyond to showcase their culinary prowess.

The buffet-style setup will allow you to try out a wide assortment of lobster delicacies, including grilled seafood and various lobster-inspired sides.

Aside from the variety of food offerings, the ambience of Lime Restaurant adds to the overall experience.

Here’s what you can expect from Lobsterfest 2023, the most anticipated lobster extravaganza of the year:

Seafood Bar: Lobster on Ice
To start off, the Seafood Bar is a true delight. Indulging in a whole Boston Lobster will allow you to appreciate its natural delicate sweet taste and chunky flesh.

The freshness of the lobsters is evident.

Additionally, the Seafood Bar offers a variety of other oceanic pleasures such as Hyogo Oysters, Prawns, Black Mussels, Clams, and Whelk, making it a joy for seafood enthusiasts.

Live Station: Lobster Brioche
One standout dish is the Lobster Brioche from the Live Station. The combination of the buttery, fluffy brioche bun with generous chunks of lobster meat is a match made in heaven.

Singapore Chilli Lobster
For those seeking a taste of local cuisine, the Singapore Chilli Lobster has made a comeback.

Wok-fried by skilled chefs, the sauce coating the lobster meat is a balance of sweet, savoury, tangy, and spicy. The addition of chili padi provides a subtle kick without overpowering the sweet tomato flavours.

Don’t forget about the fluffy mantou buns to pair with the rich, eggy sauce.

Steamed Lobster with Ginger Garlic Paste and Chinese Wine
The steaming method allows the sweet natural flavours of the lobster to shine through, while the ginger, conspicuous amounts of garlic, and Chinese Shaoxing wine adds a delightful depth of flavour.

Kam Heong Lobster
The Kam Heong Lobster is another noteworthy dish that showcases the bold flavours of Asian spices, especially the fragrant curry leaves.

Pickering Lobster Bisque with Herb Baguette
A soul-warming dish with rich and robust flavours. The bisque is velvety and packed with the essence of the lobster, while the herb baguette that you can dip within adds a delightful crunch.

One of my favourite new food items to have in this year’s Lobsterfest.

Baked Boston Lobster Thermidor
An exquisite dish that combines the natural sweetness and succulence of a Boston lobster with the decadence of a classic Thermidor preparation.

The Thermidor-style sauce, known for its luxurious richness, pairs well with the tender and juicy lobster meat after being baked.

Pickering Lobster Laksa
For those craving a taste of local flavours, the Pickering Lobster Laksa is a must-try.

Lime’s renowned Lobster Laksa is bursting with flavours, with the baby lobster flesh soaking up the lemak coconut-y rich gravy.

The balance of spiciness is just right, allowing the creaminess and flavours to shine.

Tip: Add some soft quail eggs for that delightful touch to the bite.

Lobster Mac and Cheese
The Lobster Mac and Cheese is a comforting and indulgent dish that combines the velvety creaminess of mac and cheese with the luxurious bite of lobster.

Outdoor BBQ Grilled Lobster
Head outside the main dining area for the outdoor BBQ station that will take the celebration to a whole new level.

Experience the aroma of smoky flavours and the sizzle with the Grilled Marinated Rock Lobsters.

Enjoy the combination of the lobster’s natural sweetness with the charred flavours from the fire – either au naturel or enhanced with a sauce of choice.

From the rich and velvety Hollandaise Sauce, spicy kick of Sambal Nasi Lemak, to refreshing Citrus Salsa, each sauce provides a different flavour profile that complements the grilled lobster beautifully.
