Was exploring Dempsey one day when I chanced upon Glow – a café and dining concept nestled within SuperNature.

Strange that I have not heard of Glow yet, because it does seem quite promising.

As to SuperNature, I remember its original location at the basement of Forum The Shopping Mall, known to be a one-stop shop for organic and natural products

May remind some of Little Farms and the likes, though I must say Glow had a lot less online buzz.

The rebranded look is a refreshing experience that is a marked step up from the previous, in terms of branding, space and offerings.

The new space is a a 6,500 sq ft area designed by Paola Navone.

You can describe it as a serene oasis of natural light and earthy tones, with SuperNature’s iconic orange adding a lively burst of colour.

Diners can also choose to dine indoors or outdoors.

The menu at Glow is an embodiment of SuperNature’s commitment to healthy living, serving up “COMO Shambhala Cuisine” that includes a variety of salads, juices, soups, sandwiches, and cakes.

Available daily from 8am to 6pm, with breakfast options until 11 am, it caters to a wide range of dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten, dairy, nut, and egg-free diets.

On my visit, I saw that there were Chicken Avocado Wrap ($20) and Broccoli Quiche ($15). Okay, not the most enticing in terms of price.

The wrap combined free-range chicken with a housemade mayonnaise slaw in a soft flour tortilla; while the quiche had caramelised onions and cheddar.

There are also dip selections ($14) if you come later in the day, such as the Chickpea Hummus, Muhammara, and Baba Ganoush.

The Muhammara, with its roasted capsicum, walnuts, and pomegranate molasses, would stand out for its unique and tangy taste.

I was more enticed by Glow’s dessert offerings though.

Options like the Sweet Potato Muffin ($6), Banana Load ($7), Carrot and Raisin Loaf ($7), Apple Crumble Bar ($7), Vegan Cheesecake ($12), provide a sweet finish without straying from the health-conscious theme.

The Orange Almond Cake ($7) and Chocolate Pumpkin Cake ($7) were tempting choices, but I settled on the Raspberry Pistachio Tart ($13) as it was highly recommended by the server.

The tart’s base was suitably crisp and provided a pleasant contrast to the creamy filling.

The combination of white chocolate and almonds was decadent, yet not overwhelming. The raspberries added a refreshing tartness, and the pistachios contributed a subtle nutty crunch.

Glow stands out as a destination for those who appreciate a meal that nourishes both body and soul.

And I liked the space with this an air of tranquillity, and a wide selection of products for you to do some shopping.
