[Bangkok] I recently discovered the charm of Day by Kay’s at Sathorn Soi 6, a new addition to Bangkok’s coffee scene.

It is not just another cafe; it’s a part of the renowned Kay’s brand that has coffee lovers buzzing.

The café is found tucked beneath the Romm Convent condo, with its own spot in the Sales Gallery Zone.

The cafe’s glass front corner location is a showstopper, letting sunlight stream in while offering scenic views.

Walking in, I was swept away by the cafe’s design. Warm wood tones mix with modern black and white furniture, creating both comfort and style.

But what really steals the show is a large, decorated tree in the middle of the space. It added a fresh, serene vibe, making it easy to lose track of time.

The cafe may seem small, but it is spacious.

There is a spot for everyone, whether you want to dive into a book or chat with friends. The seating is comfortable, and there’s no rush, just a relaxed vibe.

Day by Kay’s lives up to the “Your Everyday Cafe” idea.

Their coffee selection is impressive, but their homemade pastries are what I fell in love with. Their toast, croissants, and sandwiches are worth coming back for, especially when paired with their coffee.

I started my day with a Mango Apple Cold Brew (THB 140). At first sip, the blend of mango and apple danced with the coffee.

Mixing them, the coffee’s bitterness softens, enhancing the fruity sweetness.

The Matcha Latte (THB 160) with oat milk was a game-changer – smooth, rich, and could just whisk you straight to Japan.

The matcha and oat milk combined into a creamy delight that should have matcha fans hooked.

The Banana Bread with Espresso Mascarpone (THB 110) is a must-try. The bread itself was a blend of crunchy and soft, with a hint of banana sweetness.

Add in the espresso mascarpone, and it would be a satisfying coffee-infused treat.

The Toast (THB 160) was considered simple pleasure. It was soft, buttery, and topped with a pinch of salt, balancing sweet and savoury in every bite.

If you are at Silom, Bangkok, carve out some time for Day by Kay’s. Enjoy the ambiance, lose yourself in a coffee, and indulge in their pastries.
