Bloom Pretzel and Coffee found at Soi Phatthanakan 65 is where you head to for soft Pretzels in both sweet and savoury versions.

With its distinct square structure and expansive clear windows, it is a spot where light pours in, highlighting wooden tables perfect for relaxation.

Not just a view to the inside, the see-through facade offers a glimpse of the bustling road, a world moving while you unwind.

Minimalistic yet warm elements define the space. Coffee cups line the walls, and the neutral palette ensures a sense of spaciousness.

And for those who want to be a part of that world, seating is available right outside the entrance.

The moment you step in, Pretzels steal the show.

The owner developed their own original style of Pretzel, and put their unique perspective into the “soft pretzel” that has become the signature of Bloom.

Soft Pretzel choices include French Butter, Roasted Almond, Queen Cheese, and 55% Dark Belgium. Each Pretzel was priced from THB 60 to 85.

There are also special and stuffed ones such as The Black Queen, BFF, Chestnut Stuffed Soft Pretzels,

Variety is at the heart of their offerings. Beyond their iconic Pretzels, there are Pancakes for when evening cravings hit.

For many, the highlight remains the Strawberry Crumble Pancake (THB 186).

It was a ‘tower’ of fluffy pancakes crowned with fresh strawberries, cookie crumble, and a dollop of melting vanilla ice cream.

A treat to be savored slowly, each element from the tangy strawberries to the creamy ice cream, came together in a medley of flavors.

Not to be outdone, the Good Day (THB 149), champions simplicity. Two fluffy pancakes drenched in maple syrup accompanied by a scoop of ice cream and a dollop of whipped cream.

But it’s not just about food.

Their beverages, sourced from high-quality Thai Arabica beans, range from classic coffees to those without a caffeine punch.

Bloom’s Iced Matcha Latte (THB 95) was both a visual and sensory treat.

With every stir, the earthy matcha scent combined with the sweet undertones of milk. It was a pleasant blend, a sweet pick-me-up perfect for any day.

Similarly, the Iced Nutella Latte (THB 110) thrilled with its chocolatey depth, a joy for both coffee and chocolate aficionados.

A café where pretzels, pancakes and aromatic coffees meet. A place for comfort food – reminiscent of lazy Sunday mornings.
