What are “Catch Cakes”?
Snaffles top-selling product Hokkaido Cheese Catch Cakes are one of a kind – soft, smooth and fluffy. If you generally find ordinary cheesecakes heavy-going, these are light and small in size, suitable for tea-time snacks.
As to why these cakes taste so different, the ingredients of milk and eggs are supplied from appointed farmers in Hokkaido. The cows that provide the milk are specially raised in Onuma, and chicken are fed with quality blend. All these steps to ensure the final product is of top-notch quality.
In addition, if you wonder why the cream cheese is so milky without the usual salty aftertaste, it is created by special technology and processes.
Flavours
Coming with 8 cheese cakes in a box, there are 6 flavours available. The most popular being the Original Cheese and Chocolate.
If you like to try a variety, I would recommend the 4-flavoured box which includes Matcha, Tiramisu, Caffe La Te and Maple of which you MUST share with your colleagues and family. Good things are meant to be shared, right?
How to eat?
The cheese cakes are to be eaten after refrigeration, best matched with a cup of tea or coffee. Enjoy the moment when you allow it to slowly melt in your mouth. The only ‘problem’ is, you may not be able to stop at one piece.
Delivery / Collection
The Catch Cakes will be delivered to you 3 days after your purchase. For example, if you purchase on June 18th, you will be receiving your item on the 21st.
