What a suitable place indeed. Having Birds of Paradise while watching the birds of paradise.

Singapore’s beloved Birds of Paradise Gelato Boutique has launched a brand new all-day dining concept, Birds of Paradise Gelato Boutique & Sandwich Bar.

Nestled in the heart of Mandai Wildlife West just outside the new bird park, this free-to-access dine-and-play destination is the place to enjoy a delightful gelato.

Imagine soaking in the natural beauty of the surrounding area while having a cone.

With an expanded range of dairy-free gelato and superfood toppings, this Birds of Paradise outlet is offering exciting new flavors like Banana & Coconut Caramel, Smoked Chocolate, and Coconut Yoghurt.

The Banana & Coconut Caramel flavor is exclusive to the Mandai boutique, inspired by the diet of the native Oriental Pied Hornbill; while the Smoked Chocolate is made to satisfy the children in all of us.

As for the Coconut Yoghurt flavour, it is a re-imagined version of frozen yogurt and is set to launch in June 2023.

The newly Sandwich Bar would be great for families and offers comfort-food staples that are land-meat-free and reinterpreted with a signature botanical twist.

The sandwiches are made using rye-sourdough and feature exciting ingredients such as fresh coriander, crunchy pistachio, pink torch ginger blossoms, slow-roasted tomatoes, and sprigs of dill.

Children should be delighted with the Egg Mayo Toastie or Double Cheese Toastie, both served on soft White Country Loaf.

In addition to serving up gelato and food, this Birds of Paradise Gelato Boutique & Sandwich Bar is committed to sustainability and uses materials made from upcycled waste to push boundaries with sustainable design.
