Launched at 313@somerset, this range features five classic flavours alongside five novel fillings within classic baguettes.
With their latest offerings, they aim to transport the flavours and textures of Vietnam’s bustling streets to their Singaporean customers, one Banh Mi at a time.
The first thing you notice is the bread – a baked French baguette that is crusty and golden on the outside, offering a satisfying crunch with each bite, yet soft and fluffy on the inside.
The bread is lightly spread with a layer of buttery, rich pâté and mayonnaise, lending it a creamy, smooth layer that contrasts beautifully with the crusty bread.
On the inside, it is generously filled with an array of ingredients and vegetables, each presenting a symphony of flavours.

Fried Chicken Banh Mi ($7.80)
Their Fried Chicken Banh Mi instantly became my favourite.
The crispy, succulent slices of fried chicken with a light-spiced flavour on the onside, paired with a spread of rich chicken pate, created a medley of tastes that was simply irresistible.
Accompanied by pickles, cucumber, and the refreshing trio of spring onion, coriander, and chilli, each bite packed a punch.
The sandwich was delightfully ‘saucy’, thanks to a drizzle of their specially formulated house-made sauces, lending a tangy edge to the robust flavours.
Grilled Chicken Meat Ball Banh Mi ($7.80)
The chicken meatballs, house-made and hand-formed, were first grilled, then cooked in a delectable, homemade sauce in a claypot.
The result was a flavourful filling with the succulence of the meatballs and the richness of the sauce.
Encased within the soft baguette, these meatballs made for a substantial bite.
Fried Egg and Floss Banh Mi ($7.80)
This version of Banh Mi brings together the familiar taste of breakfast and the flavours of Vietnam.
It features two sunny-side-up eggs with oozy yolks, nestled among the fluffiness of sweet-savoury chicken floss.
The crisp baguette envelops this sumptuous filling, with the sauces adding a final layer of creamy complexity, making it a filling meal reminiscent of a delightful breakfast sandwich.
Beef and Nacho Cheese Banh Mi ($7.80)
In an exciting fusion of East meets West, this Banh Mi offers the classic Vietnamese bread roll filled with wok-fried minced beef and a generous drizzle of nacho cheese sauce.
The beef, which carries a hint of ‘wok-hei’ (breath of the wok), lends a sightly smoky flavour balanced by the creamy and tangy nacho cheese.
Vietnamese Ham Banh Mi ($9.80)
The star of this creation is the Vietnamese Ham, with generously layered slices.
What sets the Vietnamese (pork) Ham apart is its texture – smooth and firm, yet tender to the bite.
To top it off, the Banh Mi is drizzled with a mix of Mrs Pho’s classic sauces. These sauces, carefully curated lend a creamy texture that binds all the elements together, ensuring that each bite is juicy and tasty.
