Niu Dian Beef Noodles 牛店精燉牛肉麵 is a popular restaurant located at Ximending in Taipei, considered one of the must-tries for visitors looking for a Taiwanese Beef Noodle soup.
Good news: the Taiwanese eatery will be opening a Singapore outlet at Balestier, within VIIO @ Balestier.
Taiwanese singer Show Luo 罗志祥 is coming to the Singapore to grace its grand opening on the 8th of February.
The shop will be opened to public on the 13th of February.

Awarded with a Michelin Bib Gourmand, the restaurant which was established in 2005, is known for its flavourful broth, tender beef, and handmade noodles.
They serve up noodles with beef tendon (牛筋), tripe (牛肚) and beef slices (牛肉); or the regularly ordered half tendon and beef (半筋半肉).
The beef noodle soup is made with a combination of cooked from beef bones, mirepoix and a variety of herbs which give it a rich and hearty flavour.
When I tried their noodles in Taipei, they were almost like thin udon, with a chewy bite (would prefer a more QQ bite though) which complemented well with the quality beef from Australia and New Zealand.
The local menu will include dishes such as Premium Braised Combination Beef Noodles and Spicy Pepper Combination Specialty Beef Noodles.
The restaurant also offers a variety of side dishes, such as Pickled vegetables and Tofu, to complement the noodle soup.
